We provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and specific learning disabilities, as well as individual counseling for teens and adults. Our services are designed to support both diagnostic clarity and ongoing emotional and functional growth.

Psychoeducational Testing
What is a psychoeducational evaluation?
A psychoeducational evaluation is a comprehensive assessment that examines cognitive abilities, academic skills, attention, executive functioning, and emotional functioning. It helps identify diagnoses such as ADHD, autism, or learning disabilities and provides clear recommendations for support and accommodations.
How do I know if I (or my child) need testing?
Testing may be helpful if you notice difficulty focusing or staying organized, academic struggles despite effort, challenges with reading, writing, or math, social difficulties or concerns about autism, or a need for accommodations in school or standardized testing.
What diagnoses do you assess for?
We conduct evaluations for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disorders (reading, writing, math), Giftedness, Executive functioning challenges, and Intellectual Disabilities.
What does the testing process look like?
The process typically includes an initial consultation, comprehensive testing sessions, rating scales and background information, a detailed report with diagnoses (if applicable), and a feedback session to review results and recommendations.
How long does the evaluation take?
Testing is typically completed over multiple sessions, with the full process (including intake, report, and feedback) taking approximately 2–3 weeks.
Will I receive a written report?
Yes. You will receive a comprehensive, detailed report outlining results, diagnoses (if applicable), and individualized recommendations for school, work, and daily functioning.
Can this testing be used for school or college accommodations?
Yes. Our evaluations are designed to meet documentation requirements for school, college, and standardized testing accommodations (e.g., SAT, ACT, GRE), when appropriate.
Do you accept insurance for testing?
We are a private-pay practice. However, we can provide documentation that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Therapy Services
What types of therapy do you provide?
We provide therapy for anxiety and stress, depression and mood concerns, executive functioning and ADHD-related challenges, social skills and relationship concerns, and life transitions (including college and independence).
Do you specialize in working with ADHD or autism in therapy?
Yes. We specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum differences, and executive functioning challenges, using practical, skills-based and evidence-informed approaches.
How often are therapy sessions?
Most clients attend therapy once per week, although frequency can be adjusted based on individual needs and goals.
How long does therapy last?
Therapy is individualized. Some clients benefit from short-term, goal-focused work, while others prefer longer-term support.
